I understand the stresses of life in the corporate pressure cooker, living on the road and meeting overwhelming sales goals. As a former, successful sales executive, I logged countless miles driving and flying, spent many nights in a hotel room, and ate more meals out than I did in my own home. This lifestyle may sound glamorous to some, but it can be hard living, and if not managed properly, will take its toll on your health physically and mentally.

While adding another thing to your already overfilled schedule may seem impossible, investing in the health and well-being of your leaders and employees guarantees the best return on investment.
