Baked Butternut Squash with Herbs

Butternut squash gets zipped up with fresh parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme in this colorful dish. It’s perfect at your holiday table, or anytime you want to impress.Video_Post_Squash_2


  • 1. Preheat oven to 350° and oil a baking dish.
  • 2. Peel and seed squash and cut into 1” cubes.
  • 3. In a baking dish toss squash with garlic, parsley, thyme, sage, rosemary, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  • 4. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour, stirring once or twice, until squash is soft.
