Kale is surprisingly delicious juiced, especially combined with the sweetness of fresh pineapple and the tartness of whole lime. Ginger and cilantro add an interesting twist. You can make this a real martini by adding some vodka.
- Prep Time
- 6-7 large kale leaves
- ¼ of a fresh pineapple
- 1 small bunch cilantro
- 1 lime with peel
- 1 1-2” knob of fresh ginger
- 1. Run all ingredients through a juicer.
- 2. Serve, in a martini glass if you like, garnished with a piece of pineapple and a fresh cilantro leaf.
