FOOD & NUTRITION I will not put you on another fad diet. A foodie myself, I enjoy eating out. I will teach you how to eat and cook simply and healthfully based on your needs and time constraints; how to read food labels and determine which packaged foods are processed, and which ones you can enjoy healthfully.
MINDFULNESS & STRESS MANAGEMENT Using techniques I learned from my own influential teachers, I can help you manage stress and worry with some short, simple exercises that will help you find balance and happiness at home, at work, in your relationships, and most importantly, within yourself.
