A little about me:

• I grew up in small town Iowa where my parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles all grew their own food.

• I went to college like a good girl, got a degree in Actuarial Science like a smart girl, and got married, like most girls.

• I left my lucrative corporate gig to travel the world, study Eastern philosophy and teach yoga to members of the royal family in Dubai and to follow and support my now-ex-husband.

• I got divorced and my world fell apart, or so I thought.

• At age 47, I decided my best was yet to come.

• Now, 57 years young, my world is bigger and brighter than ever.

• I’m a healthy aging expert and have been running my own business since 2013.

My Mission:

If you ask a woman what she worries about most in regards to her health, many will say that they fear a breast cancer diagnosis. While one in 31 American women dies from breast cancer each year, one out of three women die from heart disease. What so many of us don't realize is that heart disease, many cancers, type two diabetes and obesity are not only preventable but reversible with habit change. 

If you ask a CEO their biggest concern, according to a 2023 Forbes article, it’s fighting against inflation, followed by meeting company goals.

Another study recently published by Deloitte reports that approximately 1 out of 3 executives are constantly struggling with fatigue and poor mental health.

Today’s leaders are fearing the wrong demon.

My mission is to help professionals optimize their resources to live longer, happier and healthier lives. I empower people of all ages with my signature RAV protocol so they can age healthfully, like I have learned how to do, in order to remain relevant, active and vibrant and accomplish their big goals.

I so appreciate Lisa and her energy, especially in my incredibly vulnerable state. I feel completely safe working working with her, which is necessary in order to heal… I am so thankful. One step at a time.
