Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 10-11am.
Tuesday/Thursday, 8:30-9:30am.
All classes are adaptable for any level. We offer plenty of modifications for taking your practice up or down a notch. And of course, since you’re in your own living room (and maybe your jammies), you can do whatever you please!
