Are you a health conscious leader who wants to optimize your resources to be successful in all areas of your life, including your personal health and wellness? Then private coaching can change everything. Whether you're in your 40’s, 50’s, 60’s or beyond, if you want to age like a fine wine and be free from unmanaged stress, unnecessary medications, sleepless nights, restrictive diets and punishing exercise, my program might be for you. 

We’ll work on the  following four pillars:

  • Food—I won’t give you a meal plan or specific diet. Instead, I will show you how to add in more healthful foods. We’ll talk about easy ways to eat better on the road, in social situations, and at the rubber chicken sales meeting. My clients tell me that even the smallest improvement in what they’re eating and drinking leaves them feeling energized and less bloated, instead of craving caffeine or sugar at 3pm; and they find that a diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods helps to eliminate those aches and pains. 

  • Mood—I know that you have a full plate and a lot to juggle–I’ll give you tools to help you balance your nervous system so that you are less affected by inevitable stress. We’ll identify and apply rituals and routines utilizing science-backed practices like mindfulness, neuroplasticity and breathing to boost your parasympathetic nervous system and turn the volume down on your sympathetic, so you can prevent disease, heal from any chronic conditions, and generally feel more at ease. Stress rolls down hill; your team will thank you and everyone will be more focused and productive.

  • Rest—You’re on the go and time is limited so we'll address potential energy leaks enabling you to focus on what’s important. We'll audit a variety of energy-draining things, including device use. Sleep, down time and alone time are not luxuries; they are non-negotiables for healthy living and positive aging.

  • Movement—I will help you find a time and a place to move your body in a doable and enjoyable way, because when you do you’ll be your sharpest. New muscles and improved fitness levels will have you feeling even stronger and more confident than you felt decades ago. My Healthy Aging Intensive includes a membership to my online yoga community so you can log in from anywhere, or grab a “Fit in Five,” video when you’re short on time. 

Included in the program are all of the resources you need to optimize your health, including personalized action plans, an energy audit and all of the latest science and info curated specifically for you and your goals.

You’ll likely get the best result from this program if you have a long bucket list. You buy VIP concert tickets to their favorite musicians. You take personal responsibility for your health rather than relying on the genetics excuse. You believe in the possibility of a life without out-of-control stress, chronic pain, illness or unnecessary medications.

The practices I share with you in this intensive are the same ones I personally used to thrive in my high pressure sales job, and that I still employ now, at age 57, to feel more calm, confident and comfortable in my own skin than I’ve ever felt. 

Before coming to me, many of my clients were desperately spending upwards of $10,000 per year on unused gym memberships, expensive exercise equipment, fitness apps and gadgets, diet books and prescriptions. You do the math; this easily adds up to hundreds of thousands of dollars over the next 20 years! Not to mention the emotional cost of not being able to take adventures with your family, the self-flagellation that comes with emotional eating, or the harmful habit of relying on sugar/caffeine/booze to make it through your day.

Vibrant Living Circle small group Mastermind

What’s this group about?

Aside from being on a call with a handful of stimulating, vibrant women (that’s you!), my vision for this group is to bring an additional layer of community and support (from me and your peers) so you can continue to uplevel what you’re experiencing in your life and your health. 

One of the reasons I became a health coach was because of my passion for holistic living. Sure, what we eat and how much we move each day matters, but so does connection, community and purpose.

There’s a really cool concept in Okinawan tradition called Moai, or social support group. (The Okinawans are some of the healthiest, longest living people on earth.) According to the Blue Zones longevity research project, “Research shows that social connections can have long-term impact on your health and happiness. You mimic the habits of your three closest friends. If you share similar values, healthy habits, and life goals, then you’re likely to be less stressed, happier, and live longer.” 

Think of this group as your own healthy aging Moai!

This group meets the first three Tuesdays of each month from 1:00-2:00pm, cst. (The sessions are recorded.)
