The Five Tibetan’s is said to be an ancient breathing and movement practice, designed to shift energy, get our hearts and lungs pumping, and create both strength and flexibility in the body.
Consisting of five exercises and their corresponding warm ups and mantras, the Five Tibetan’s are thought to restore a practitioner’s vitality.
