As we get ready to gather around our tables this Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for you—members of this amazing community committed to aging healthily. 

Thank YOU for being here. 🙏

Even though we sometimes get lost in the build up, it is nice to remind ourselves that the true spirit of the holiday is to reflect on our blessings.

So right now, this very moment, I invite you to take a moment to appreciate the people and things –big or small–that bring you joy, connection and peace. Whether it’s a warm cup of tea, a heartfelt conversation, or the awe of a sunrise, these are the moments that enrich our lives.
